I have information about some opportunities in an Excel document. How can I bring that into SOC?

You might have to reformat your file into our CSV format before you can upload it into SOC. The easiest way to do this would be to download our sample CSV and start from there. After you have the final CSV file in our format, you can upload that into SOC and the opportunity information will be populated and become accessible to all users.
