What role does SOC play?

SOC is the match-making/project-planning & facilitating /legal Intermediary between companies and faculty-led college classrooms: 

• As matchmaker, SOC pairs company projects to best-fit faculty-led classrooms that have an experiential, real-world project component &/or requirement; 
• As project-planner, SOC acts as intermediary between Company/Client and Faculty/Classroom, overseeing & implementing all of the logistics: from setting up introductions & subsequent weekly/or bi-weekly meetings, to providing a custom project package complete with all the tools, instructions, and custom forms & templates you need—including a step-by-step guide covering everything from launch to final deliverable(s)—to ensure project success; 
• As legal intermediary, SOC provides the legally binding agreement that both parties must sign to begin the project. With this sign-one-&-you’re-done agreement, you can work with as many companies and projects as you want through SOC—term after term & course after course, all under one simple agreement (Stipend paid per project; limitless projects.)
