What is the value to companies and faculty/students?

Companies work with SOC to create Experiential Learning (EL) projects as a diverse and scalable pipeline of talented job candidates, and to get creative work and insights from university students.

Faculty work with SOC to embed these 4-12 week EL projects into their classroom so students can learn valuable skills/insights from industry professionals, gain a valuable resume/ePortfolio/CV experience, and get a head-start on finding a quality career and job after graduation. Faculty and the college can also receive financial compensation for more in-depth collaborations.
