Communities |
Communities are a way to organize users. Administrators and Students can be made a part of certain communities, and later opportunities can be marketed to this group. |
Favorite |
This function allows students to bookmark opportunities for later. |
Filters |
Filters are ways to narrow down search results. Some example include locations, tags, categories, and others. |
Integrations |
Integrations connect the SOC platform to other platforms on campus so that necessary opportunity and participation data can be shared as needed. |
Interests |
Students can subscribe to tags to stay updated on opportunities they are interested in, and the search function can be used to find opportunities that are tagged with certain Interests. |
Marketing |
Marketing function allows you to share targeted messages with select users. |

Participated |

Pathways |
Pathways build a roadmap students can follow as they pursue their careers. Administrators can assign various pathways to students, which can include a series of experiential learning opportunities such as internships, undergraduate research, project-based learning and more. |

This section allows SOC platform users to set up their own profile, reset their password, add resumes, education history, and more. |
Project Templates |
Project Templates allow you to have a template of some basic details and assignments in future projects you create. |
Projects |
Projects are various activities linked to certain opportunities. This function can be used to provide feedback, collect artifacts, reports, documents, applications, data, and other materials. |
Registered Users |
Number of registered user accounts |
Rubrics |
Rubrics page displays all the rubrics created by your university for use in projects and project assignments. |

Surveys |

Number of verified user accounts. Users are considered verified once they confirm their email address and log in for the first time. |
