You can change your name (and other personal info) simply by editing your profile:
1. Click on your name located at the top, right-hand corner of your landing page
2. Click on "My Profile"
3. Then click on the pencil-shaped icon to edit (and to save your changes, click on the check-mark/save icon)
You cannot change or edit your email address once it's been uploaded into SOC's database. You must deactivate (disable) your current user account, then go back in and add yourself as a NEW USER, at which time you will receive an invitation to activate your new account with your new email. (Note: After you disable your old account and add/upload your new user account, be sure to update the opportunities you've added to our database with your new email address.)

To deactivate any user (students or administrators), please follow these steps:
- Under the Users tab, please navigate to Users Overview to see a list of all users.
- Turn the Bulk Edit toggle ON.
- Select the users you would like to disable and click on the Disable icon on the top right.
- Click Yes on the confirmation pop up.
